The Kentucky swimming & diving team will hold a series of clinics at the end of December.
Winter Swim Technique Clinic
December 27 & 28 • 10:30 am – Noon
December 29 • 5:30 pm – 7 pm
Ages: 5-18 (minimum height is 40 inches tall)
Cost: $100/camper
What: Perfect your stroke technique as well as starts and turns from the UK swimming coaching staff & UK swimmers
Where: Lancaster Aquatic Center on the UK campus

Tri & Masters Winter Swim Clinic with Ironman & UK Head Swim Coach Lars Jorgensen
