RALEIGH, N.C. – First round action of the NCAA Raleigh Regional at the Lonnie Poole Golf Club was suspended Thursday afternoon due to weather and will resume Friday morning at 11:30 a.m. ET. Second round play will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first round on Friday.

Through 13 holes, the Kentucky men’s golf team sits in a tie for ninth place at 2-over par. No. 5 Georgia Tech leads the pack at 14-under par, while No. 8 Washington (-10), South Alabama (-5), Texas Tech (-3), Wake Forest (-3) and No. 20 Texas A&M (-3) complete the top five.

Rounding out the rest of the team standings were No. 17 Florida State (E), Minnesota (+1), Bethune-Cookman (+2), UK (+2), Memphis (+3), Mercer (+5) and Rice (+8).

Senior Stephen Powers is 2-under par through 14 holes and currently tied for seventh. Senior Ben Stow is 1-under par through 13 holes and tied for 18th.

Through 15 holes, junior Will Bishop and senior Cody Martin are 1-over par and 4-over par, respectively. Junior David Snyder is 5-over par at the conclusion of 14 holes.
