LEXINGTON, Ky. – Following an emotional, come-from-behind victory at Tennessee on Friday the Kentucky volleyball team will resume its two-match road swing at Georgia on Sunday. First serve is set for 1:30 p.m. ET. A live blog of the action will be provided via UKathletics.com.

Kentucky fought off a 2-0 deficit in the match as well as an eight-point hole in the fourth set to rally for the series sweep of the Lady Vols on Friday night. The win pushed UK’s record to 14-8 overall and 8-4 in Southeastern Conference action.

Georgia has won four of its last six matches including a 3-0 win against Alabama in its last action. Sunday’s matchup will mark the first of two meetings between the two squads over the final four weeks of regular season competition.

UK was paced by the senior trio of Ashley Frazier, Christine Hartmann and Stephanie Klefot on Friday. Frazier had 19 kills on .472 hitting to lead the way offensively for the Cats. The 19 kills marked the most in a five-set match this season for any Wildcat.

Hartmann narrowly missed out on recording what would have been just the second triple-double in school history. The senior had a career-high nine kills while passing out 51 assists and adding 11 digs in the win.

Klefot had a team-high 21 scoops and tallied a career-high eight assists. With the 21 digs she moved into sole possession of fourth-place on the SEC all-time career digs list with 1,761.

UK holds a 12-match win streak over Georgia dating back to 2005, but the Bulldogs are streaking having won four-straight SEC matches.

Leading the Georgia offense is outside hitter Inutiraha Le’au who leads the Bulldogs with 210 kills (2.84 K/Set) on the season, but she’s one of three attackers averaging at least 2.5 kills per set. Brittany Northcutt (2.95 K/Set) and Briana Bahr (2.59 K/Set) are each having solid seasons offensively.

Libero Allison Summers has racked up 358 digs (4.65 D/Set) defensively for the Bulldogs. Elena Perry is the lone Bulldog averaging over one block per set, averaging 1.09 for the year.
