LEXINGTON, Ky. – After recording one of the best fall academic semesters in program history, the University of Kentucky swimming and diving teams continued to pile on the accolades, as UK tabbed 24 swimmers and divers to the Southeastern Conference Winter Honor Roll, the SEC office and commissioner Mike Slive announced Wednesday.

“I’m very proud of this group,” UK head coach Gary Conelly said. “They have shown that they are strong competitors in the pool and the classroom.  They are all hard workers and well deserving of this honor.”

In the fall academic session, the Wildcats claimed 10 athletes with a 4.0 grade-point average, and an additional 30 student-athletes who posted a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
