LEXINGTON, Ky. – After a four-point night in Nashville against Vanderbilt, tallying a goal and two assists, Kelsey Hunyadi was named to the TopDrawerSoccer.com National Team of the Week, the website announced Monday afternoon.

Hunyadi is having one of the best individual seasons in recent memory, ranking in the top five in the Southeastern Conference in points (34), goals (12), assists (10), shots (79), and game-winning goals (4).

Hunyadi pushed her season total to 34 points on Friday night, which is the second-most points in a single season for Kentucky since Annie Gage racked up 39 points in the 1999 season.

The senior captain has started all 19 games for UK this season, one of only five players on the UK roster to do so.

Hunyadi has led Kentucky to the six-seed at the SEC Tournament this week in Orange Beach, Ala. The Wildcats face off against Tennessee on Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. ET in the quarterfinal round.
