LEXINGTON, Ky. –  Three former Kentucky football players, John Conner, Corey Peters and Alfonso Smith, are featured in a film that will premiere Sunday, March 13, at the DC Independent Film Festival held in Arlington, Va.

Titled “Late Rounders,” the film follows five players, including Conner, Peters and Smith, and their agents as the players prepared for and went through the 2010 National Football League Draft.  Peters became a third-round pick by the Atlanta Falcons, Conner was a fifth-round choice of the New York Jets and Smith was a free-agent signee of the Arizona Cardinals.  All three eventually made their teams and played in the 2010 NFL season.
