Team Notes

• Kentucky has used the starting lineup of Brandon Knight, Darius Miller, DeAndre Liggins, Terrence Jones and Josh Harrellson in every game this season.
• Knight got UK on the board, connecting on a layup with 18:39 left in the first half.
• For the team-high 12th time this season, freshman guard Doron Lamb was the first UK player to check in off the bench.
• Throughout the first half, Penn maintained a lead, owning a 12-point advantage twice in the first period. After Lamb finished a three-point play to cut the lead to 32-24, Liggins drained a three pointer from the corner and Knight stroked one at the top of the three-point line to cut the lead to 32-30. Harrellson’s putback with 1:05 on the clock evened up the game for the Cats and UK took its first lead of the half on Lamb’s free throw with 27.4 seconds before half.
• UK owned a 33-32 lead at halftime and now owns an 11-1 mark when leading at half this season. Knight and Harrellson paced the team in the first half, as Knight led UK with nine points and Harrellson contributed nine rebounds in the first frame.
• Over the end of the first half and the start of the second period, UK went on a 21-5 run. UK trailed 32-21 with 3:43 left in the first half, taking a 42-37 lead with 16:34 left in the game.

• Harrellson posted his second consecutive double-double, totaling 12 points and 11 rebounds in 30 minutes.
  • After going for a career-best 23 points and 14 rebounds in the win over Louisville on Friday, Harrellson became the second UK player with back-to-back double-doubles this season since Terrence Jones turned the trick in two games at the Maui Invitational.
