Team Records and Series Notes

• Kentucky improves to 7-1 while UT-Chattanooga falls to 3-5 this season.
• The Wildcats own a 9-0 advantage in the all-time series and are now 1-0 after winning their first visit to Chattanooga in school history.
• Kentucky is now 14-0 all-time against teams from the Southern Conference. Coach Matthew Mitchell is 7-3 all-time against the SoCon.
• Up next: Following final exams week, Kentucky returns home to Memorial Coliseum for a four-game home stand. The Cats will play host to Alabama A&M on Saturday, Dec. 18, at 2 p.m. EST. The game will be broadcast by Big Blue Sports Radio and is available online at UKathletics.com.

Team Game Notes

• Kentucky started with the lineup of Victoria Dunlap, Maegan Conwright, Samantha Drake, Kastine Evans and Carly Morrow for the first time this season. This is the sixth different lineup in eight games this season. A’dia Mathies did not start because of disciplinary reasons.
• Three freshmen started for the second consecutive game. Three freshmen hadn’t started in a game since the 2004-05 season.
• Kentucky has started a freshman in 77 of 109 games during the Matthew Mitchell era, including 45 consecutive.
• UK darted out to a 27-13 lead but UTC crept back into the game, pulling to 33-26 before Keyla Snowden drained a three-pointer to put the Cats back up by 10 right before the half.
• UK took a 36-28 advantage at the half led by Dunlap’s eight points.
• Matthew Mitchell is now 57-8 when leading at the half.
• UTC started the second half on a 17-7 run to take a two-point lead at 45-43, their largest of the game. The Cats responded with an 8-0 run to go up six, which was as close as the Lady Mocs would get the remainder of the game.
• Kentucky shot a season-high 53.4 percent from the floor on 31-of-58 shooting. It was the highest field-goal percentage by the Cats since Dec. 1, 2009, against Miami (OH).
• Kentucky forced 16 Chattanooga turnovers, marking the 56th consecutive game UK has forced its opponent into double-digit turnovers, dating back to the 2008-09 season.
• UK forced a season-high four five-second calls in the game.
• Nine Wildcats put points on the board, including four with double-figures.
• Kentucky’s bench scored a season-high 42 points, outscoring UTC’s bench 42-11, the largest margin this season.
• UK hit 6-of-13 from beyond the arc and extended its streak of consecutive games with a three-pointer to 231, dating back to the 2003-04 season.
• UK won the rebounding battle 37-33 and improves to 5-1 when outrebounding the opponent.

Individual Game Notes

• Senior forward Victoria Dunlap scored 26 points on 11-of-15 shooting from the field and 4-of-5 from the free-throw line while adding nine rebounds.
  • Played only eight minutes in the first half after tallying two fouls.
  • Has scored 20 or more points 23 times in her career, including three this season.
• Sophomore guard A’dia Mathies did not start for the first time in her UK career due to disciplinary reasons. It snapped her 43-game starting streak.
  • Scored in double-figures for the fifth consecutive game and seventh time this season, collecting10 points.
• Junior Keyla Snowden totaled 10 points on 4-of-6 shooting while going 2-for-3 from behind the three-point line. She has made at least one three-pointer in 18 consecutive games, dating back to last season.
• Freshman Bernisha Pinkett came off the bench to score 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting, including a career-high tying three 3-point field goals in four attempts.
• Senior guard Carly Morrow started her sixth game of the season, played a season-high 29 minutes and led the team with four assists.
• Freshman Jennifer O’Neil had a career-high seven points off the bench on 2-of-4 shooting, while going 3-of-5 from the free-throw line.
  • Added a game-high tying and career-high four assists after charting her first three career assists in the last game against Tennessee Tech.
