Individual game notes
- Patrick Patterson led all scorers with a career-high 31 points, making 11 of 12 from the field and 9 of 11 at the charity stripe.
- Freshman DeAndre Liggins had a perfect shooting night, making all six from the field, both three-point attempts, and a pair of foul shots for a season-high 16 points. Liggins also added seven rebounds and five assists.
- In addition to scoring his first points at Kentucky , Kevin Galloway tallied five assists.
