Kentucky has most recently jumped 14 spots in the national rankings, from No. 33 to 19, and achieved the highest regional qualifying score (RQS) in school history, 195.275. The Cats are also ranked in the top 20 on three events, vault at No. 17, balance beam at No. 20, and floor exercise at No. 10. Two UK gymnasts are ranked in the top 20. Sophomores Emily Green and Hillary Ferguson hold the No. 15 spot on vault and the No. 18 position on floor, respectively. Green hit a career-high vault mark of 9.925 at the Texas Woman?s University Quad Meet on March 14, followed by a 9.900 on March 16 at Centenary. Last weekend the Cats competed at Texas Woman?s in a quad meet with Centenary and Utah State, and then traveled to Shreveport, La. to meet with Centenary again. In those two meets, UK hit four season highs of 195.975 overall, two 49.125?s on vault, 49.100 on bars, and 49.325 on floor. After the weekend, Kentucky walked away with 10 total titles earned by six different gymnasts.

BGSU fell to the conference rivals, 193.625-193.500-193.125, the team?s second-highest score of the season.
