The Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl made its ceremonial invitation to the University of Kentucky during a meeting of the UK Athletics Board of Directors on Thursday.

Representing the Music City Bowl were Scott Ramsey, Executive Director, and Dale Polley, last year?s Music City Bowl President. They signified the invitation by presenting a guitar to the University. Accepting on behalf of UK were President Dr. Lee T. Todd, Jr., Director of Athletics Mitch Barnhart, Coach Rich Brooks, and four of the seniors ? wide receivers Keenan Burton and Steve Johnson, center Eric Scott, and linebacker Wesley Woodyard.
