The Kentucky women?s basketball team advances to the round of 16 in the Women?s National Invitation Tournament after defeating Ball State on Monday in the second round, 85-82, in Muncie, Ind. The Wildcats will now face Wisconsin (20-12, 7-9 Big Ten) Thursday, March 22 at 8 p.m. EDT in the Kohl Center. The Badgers received a first-round bye and went on to defeat Arkansas State in the second round, 77-45, to advance to the round of 16.
