IMPORTANT WILL CALL INFORMATION
: Regular Will Call (for all orders placed online at ticketmaster.com, through a Ticketmaster phone center, through the Rupp Arena box office, or through the UK Ticket office) at Rupp Arena is scheduled to open at 9:00 am on Thursday, March 15, and will remain open until halftime of the last game Thursday night. Regular Will Call is located at the High Street entrance to Rupp Arena. On Friday, March 16, the Rupp Arena box office will be open from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. On Saturday, March 17, Regular Will Call is scheduled to open at 10:00 am and will remain open until halftime of the last game. You MUST have a photo ID to pick up tickets. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name is specified on the Will Call envelope. PLEASE allow yourself plenty of time to pick up tickets from Will Call, as we are expecting a VERY large crowd. If you ordered tickets through one of the eight participating schools, each school will have their own Will Call window inside Rupp Arena, prior to the session in which they participate.

Tickets may not be refunded or exchanged. The only person who will be permitted to initiate an investigation of tickets or refund checks is the person whose name appears on the original application. All inquiries should be made in writing and must include a photocopy of the original application. Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the facility. Unless specifically authorized by the NCAA, tickets may not be offered in a commercial promotion or as a prize in a sweepstakes or contest. Tickets may not be sold above face value.
The host institution (University of Kentucky) will NOT play at this site.
