With the Kentucky football team winning four of its last five games and taking Tennessee to the wire on Saturday, pre-reserved ticket orders for UK?s bowl game continue to gain momentum. UK season-ticket holders and K-Fund members already have reserved more than 7,000 tickets for the Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl, AutoZone Liberty Bowl, and Chick-fil-A Bowl.
Kentucky football season ticket holders and K-Fund members have a deadline of Fri. Dec. 1 at 4:00 p.m. to reserve bowl tickets during the advance priority period. Wildcat fans are encouraged to buy their tickets through UK, which puts the fan in the official team section and also benefits UK by helping meet the minimum sales requirement that the school will have.
?The fans? response has been tremendous, especially considering we don?t know our bowl yet,? said Mark Coyle, UK Senior Associate Director of Athletics. ?We?ve been very busy processing the orders. We encourage our season ticket holders and K-Fund members to take advantage of their priority.?
Current season-ticket holders and K- Fund members have the opportunity to reserve bowl tickets by Friday at 4 p.m. All ticket orders will be allocated based on the priority point system, and UK reserves the right to limit order quantities based on ticket availability. Application for bowl tickets can be done online by following these steps:
1. Visit and log in to your UK accountYour Account ID and Online Password appear at the top of your mailing label above your name.
2. Follow the steps to apply for tickets to the bowl game(s) you are interested in attending.
3. You may select UPS shipping (or will call), and specify the address where you would like your tickets mailed. Please think ahead if you will be at a different address over the Holidays.
4. If you wish to order tickets to multiple bowl games online, you MUST submit each request separately.
Orders will only be filled for the game in which Kentucky is selected to play. UK will not charge your credit card until the bowl bid has been officially determined. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed on any bowl tickets. A credit/debit card must be used (no checks/cash) to reserve bowl tickets during the priority period.
The ticket application indicates the bowl games UK could be selected to participate in. Please order the number of tickets you desire to purchase for each game listed. If you submit your ticket order online, please do NOT reorder on the paper application. You may also FAX your ticket application to (859) 323-1269. Fans who reserve their tickets now will receive email confirmation of their order by December 6. Bowl tickets will be mailed out by December 15.
