LEXINGTON, KY ? On the heels of their SEC Tournament championship last week, the Kentucky women?s soccer team rose in the eyes of the national voters as they check in at 15th in the latest Soccertimes.com Top 25.

?This is a true testament to how hard this team has worked all season and it?s an honor to be thought of so highly heading into the NCAA tournament,? said head coach Warren Lipka.

Kentucky is 6-0-1 in its last seven matches and defeated 20th ranked Tennessee and 12th ranked Florida en route to the tournament championship.

The Wildcats are one of only two SEC teams in the SoccerAmerica.com poll with Florida checking in at 24th.
