COLUMBUS, Ohio ? Kim Coventry and Joelle Schwenk?s run at the National Indoor Championships this weekend came to and end on Saturday in the semifinals at the Racquet Club of Columbus.

The duo, which had won seven straight matches, including four over ranked foes, finally fell, losing to 24th-ranked Ana Cetnik and Anna Sydorska of TCU, 8-3. The Horned Frog pair has knocked out the top seed in the first round and advance to face fourth-seeded Megan Moulton-Levy and Katarina Zorcic of William and Mary in the final.

Coventry and Schwenk were attempting to become first Wildcat pair to reach the National Indoor championship match in doubles since 1988. The pair won the ITA Southeast Regional two weeks ago to earn an automatic berth in this weekend?s exclusive 16-team draw.
