Sophomore wide receiver Dicky Lyons has been reinstated to the Kentucky football team, Coach Rich Brooks announced Friday.
Lyons was suspended on Nov. 28 for violation of team rules. Lyons redshirted during the 2005 season after seeing action as a wide receiver and punt and kickoff returner as a freshman in 2004.
Jarmon Injured, Will Miss Spring Practice: Freshman defensive end Jeremy Jarmon will miss spring practice while rehabilitating an injured knee, Coach Rich Brooks has announced.
Jarmon was injured while working out during the winter break. He has undergone reconstructive surgery. It is hoped that he will return to full participation by early September.
Nine SEC Underclassmen Declare for NFL Draft: Nine underclassmen from the Southeastern Conference are among the 48 players across the nation who gave up their remaining college eligibility and declared for the National Football League draft.

In addition, wide receiver Drouzon Quillen of Louisiana-Monroe (a 2006 UK non-conference opponent) also declared for the NFL draft.
