Football

This summer the Kentucky football players are working hard to build strength, speed, and endurance under the guidance of strength and conditioning coaches Marc Hill, Chad Hutsko, Kevin Deweese and Garen Stephan. By NCAA rule, players may participate in workouts up to eight hours per week. The Wildcats have four weightlifting sessions and four running sessions each week.
