LEXINGTON ? The Kentucky baseball team, off to a 2-1 start in the 2005 season, will host Cumberland College on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at 3 p.m., it was announced Monday.

The game is the team?s home opener and admission will be free to all fans. Kentucky is still slated to host a three-game set against Buffalo beginning Feb. 25 at 3 p.m.

The Wildcats began the season this past weekend in Charleston, S.C., where beat Appalachian State and George Mason while falling to host Charleston Southern. Lexington native Michael Bertram was the offensive star, batting .636 with five RBI in the three games.
