Kentucky outside hitter Danielle Wallace was named to the 2004 Southeastern Conference Volleyball Good Works Team, which highlights an athlete from each school who gives back to her community in superior service efforts.

Wallace, a junior from Port Charlotte, Fla., is actively involved with Kentucky?s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and helps to chair several charity food drives and fundraising projects throughout the Lexington community.

The pre-pharmacy major was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District second team in 2003 and earned third-team honors this year. She also was a member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll last year.
