It was “Big Blue Madness” once again Friday night at Memorial Coliseum for the official opening of college basketball season. The fun filled evening was packed with contests, specially-made videos and spoof commercials, plus some special guests – like former UK players Kenny Walker, Sam Bowie and Richie Farmer, plus famous Cats fan Ashley Judd. Patrick Sparks and Sara Potts were victorious in the three-point shooting contest while Rajon Rondo was everybody’s choice in the slam dunk exhibition.
