The Kentucky track and field team will continue their outdoor season this weekend at the LSU Alumni Gold Invitational and Mt. Sac Relays. The distance runners will travel to Walnut, Calif., to take part in the 46th annual Mt. San Antonio College Relays, while the remainder of the team will compete in Baton Rouge, La., Saturday at the Bernie Moore Stadium.

The Cats will open the relays Friday with the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs. UK also has competitors in the 800 and 1,500-meter races at the meet. The squad is sending a total of 13 student-athletes to Baton Rouge for the invitational.
