Morgan leads team after SEC title

The University of Kentucky cross country teams travel to Greenville, N.C., to compete in the NCAA Southeast Regional on Saturday, Nov. 15. The men?s teams will get underway at 10:00 a.m. with a 10k race followed by the women?s 6k at 11 a.m. at the Lake Kristi Cross Country Course.

The Cats are coming off of an impressive performance at the SEC Championships, where UK combined to place three runners in the top-five of the two races. Thomas Morgan led all competitors with a first-place finish, and fellow seniors Brooke Patterson and Caitlin Phillips turned in second and fourth-place performances, respectively.
