Lexington, Ky. – The University of Kentucky women’s basketball annual tip-off banquet is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. in the President’s Room of Commonwealth Stadium.

Coach Mickie DeMoss will speak about the upcoming 2003-04 season and introduce the 16-member Wildcat team. The cost is $15 per person and RSVPs should be sent by Friday, Oct. 17 to aoneal@uky.edu.

The 2003-04 season begins on Sunday, Nov. 2 when UK plays host to Athletes in Action in exhibition play at Memorial Coliseum. Admission is free.
