Kentucky looks to complete a weekend sweep of conference play Sunday when the Cats welcome Arkansas (5-3-2, 1-0) to the UK Soccer Complex. Game time is set for 2 p.m. EDT.
UK (4-5-1, 2-0) enters its third conference match looking for its third-consecutive shutout. After surrendering four goals at Arizona State on Sept. 21, Kentucky goalkeeper Anne Ogundele has kept her goal clean in the Cats’ opening conference matches at Vanderbilt and against LSU on Friday evening in Lexington. Senior forward Elizabeth Ramsey also has a small streak of her own, having scored goals in those same two conference matches.
Arkansas comes to Lexington after a 2-0 victory at Vanderbilt on Friday evening. A year ago, the Cats registered a 3-1 victory in Fayetteville. Kentucky Coach Warren Lipka, who Friday became the second coach to accumulate 50 SEC women’s soccer victories, holds a 6-2 career record against the Razorbacks.
