Women's Soccer

In a release from the Southeastern Conference this afternoon, the University of Kentucky women’s soccer team learned that it will face either No. 2 seed Tennessee or No. 3 seed Ole Miss in the first round of the SEC Tournament on Thursday, Nov. 7 in Oxford, Miss.

UK’s seed depends on the outcome of the Arkansas-LSU match in Baton Rouge on Sunday, Nov. 3 in a match that will decide the tournament’s eighth seed. With an LSU loss or tie, the Wildcats will have earned the No. 6 seed. If LSU wins, UK will be the No. 7 seed because of goal differential in league matches.

Live stats of the match-up between the Bengal Tigers and Razorbacks can be accessed at http://www.lsusports.net/sc/xlive.htm. Match time in the Bayou is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.
