The University of Kentucky women’s soccer team has moved its Southeastern Conference season opener vs. Vanderbilt to Saturday, Sept. 28 at 1 p.m. ET and rescheduled its match with Arizona on Sunday, Sept. 29 to 7 p.m. ET, Coach Warren Lipka announced today.

The match with the Commodores was originally scheduled for Friday, Sept. 27 at 5:30 p.m., while the inaugural meeting between UK and Arizona was planned for a noon ET start on Sunday. The changes are a result of heavy rainfall and inclement weather conditions predicted for the Lexington, Ky., area.
