The University of Kentucky men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams will hold their annual Blue/White intrasquad meet Friday, Oct. 13, at 4 p.m. at UK’s Lancaster Aquatic Center.

The meet will combine standard events with some special events and distances. The squad will compete in 50-, 100-, 150-, and 200-yard distance for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, and one-, three-, and 10-meter diving. The special events will include a t-shirt relay and handstands.

The teams will kick off the regular season on Friday, Oct. 20, at 5 p.m., when they play host to intrastate rival Louisville at the Lancaster Aquatic Center.
