The No. 2 University of Kentucky rifle team, led by school records in overallpoints and the small bore, defeated No. 5 Jacksonvolle State in a dual meetthis weekend in Jacksonville, Ala.

Sophomore All-America candidate MaryElsess set school records in the individual small bore and individual air rifle tolead the Wildcats to their third victory in three meets this season.

The Kentucky rifle team will be back in action Nov. 8-10 when they playhost to the University of Kentucky Invitational Tournament.
