Next up for the Cats is the SEC Tournament.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (November 1, 1998) — The University of Kentucky women’s soccer teamgave up a goal in the closing seconds against No. 19 Michigan on Sunday todrop its last game of the regular season.

The game was a scoreless tie as time wound down, but Michigan’s AmberBerendowsky netted a 15-yard shot at the 89:55 mark to give theWolverines the 1-0 victory.

With the loss, the Wildcats fall to 8-7-3, while Michigan improves to12-5-1. Next up for the Cats is the SEC Tournament in Tuscaloosa, Ala.UK faces Ole Miss on Thursday, Nov. 5, at 5 p.m.
