Men's Soccer

In only its second loss in the Mid-American Conference, the University ofKentucky men’s soccer team fell to Miami 2-1 on Sunday. After both teamsfailed to score in the first half, Miami (7-10-1, 4-3) scored two quick goalswithin a minute of each other in the second half to post a 2-0 lead. UK’sBrien Baltzell scored the only goal for the Cats at 74:54.

With the defeat, Kentucky (11-6-2, 5-2) finishes second in the MAC, tiedwith Bowling Green.

The Wildcats next see action on Thursday, Nov. 6, when they take onWestern Michigan in their first match-up of the MAC Tournament.
