Question 1 Todd Walters

It has seemed in the last two battles on National TV against the likes ofTennessee and Florida that you haven’t had a fair chance of playing.. Notto make excuses but the refs have been quick to call fouls on you down low.What do you think on this subject?

JAMAAL – Things are always tough for us on the road. As a team, we didn’t play to our potential in those games and that really hurt us.

Question 2 Chad Riney

Do you think that Marvin Stone will be able to fill your shoes next year?

JAMAAL – Marvin will definitely fill the role next year. Marvin is a presence. He’s a freshman who is willing to ask questions and learn. That will go a long way.

Question 3 Kevan Sihota

Are you going to play for Team Canada in the Olympics?

JAMAAL – I’m thinking about it. Let’s just say I’m not closing the door.

What are you most proud of accomplishing in your basketball career at UK?

JAMAAL – Winning a National Championship.

Aside from your own, whose game do you think has improved/grown the moston your team?

JAMAAL – I think Steve’s (Masiello) game has improved so much. He’s done a good job being a leader because he is so vocal.

When you go pro next year, where would you most like to play?

JAMAAL – Probably Toronto. I’m not going to be really picky though.

Question 7 Brandon S. Parshall

What area of your game do you thing has most improved since your first dayof practice as a Freshmen?

JAMAAL – I think my defense has improved a great deal. I have also worked really hard to improve my free-throw shooting, and that’s becoming another strength.

As you end your senior season,what will you miss most about UK?

JAMAAL – What I will miss most about UK is my teammates, coaches and definitely the fans.

Which one of the current Cats do you think will become the leader on theteam after you are gone?

JAMAAL – Saul


Question 10 Mark P. Huelsman

How much do you think your decision to return for your senior year hasaffected your future and do you believe your stock has risen for the NBA?

JAMAAL – I do believe my stock has risen. I’ve improved in all facets of the game. I think coming back was definitely the best decision for me.
