Running back Anthony White has been added to the roster for the75th annual East-West Shrine Game, which will be played on Saturday,Jan. 15, at 4 p.m. EST in Stanford Stadium in Palo Alto, Calif. Thegame will be televised by ESPN. White is the first Wildcat to play inthe East-West Shrine Game since Melvin Johnson in 1994.
White also will play in the second annual All-Star GridironClassic on Jan. 29 in Orlando, Fla. Tight end James Whalen also isslated to play in the All-Star Gridiron Classic, but his status isuncertain because of the dislocated elbow suffered in the HomePoint.comMusic City Bowl.
Linebacker Jeff Snedegar had been invited to play in theAll-Star Gridiron Classic, but has decided not to participate.
