The Kentucky track and field team finished the final day of the 56thAnnual Coca-Cola Florida Relays on Saturday with several field eventcompetitors finishing in the top five of their events.

In throwing events, Scott Theis won second place in the invitational shotput competition with a throw of 55 feet, 7.5 inches. Suzie von Bernuth wonthird place in the invitational discus throw competition with her throw of159-03. She also finished in fourth place in the invitational women’s shotput competition with her toss of 47-09. Matt Kavanagh finished thecollegiate hammer throw competition in fourth place with his toss of 217-02.

Ola Sesay placed third in the invitational long jump competition with herleap of 20-00.25. Valerie Williams finished in fifth place in theinvitational triple jump competition with her leap of 40-09.5.
