ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The University of Kentucky men’s golf team stands in10th place after two rounds of the Wolverine Invitational, firing a teamtotal of 595.
The Cats stand 34 strokes behind leading Minnesota at 561. James McLeanof Minnesota fired a course-record 63 in the second round and leads thetournament with a two-round score of 132.
UK’s Jeremy Langley sits tied for 20th, carding a 137. Other Cat scoreswere John Beckett’s 149, Ryan Rieckhoff’s 151, Jay Knight’s 152 and RonLayman’s 155.
The final round tees off Sunday, with a shotgun start set for 8 a.m. atthe par-71, 6,687-yard University of Michigan Golf Course.
