The University of Kentucky volleyball team travels to Lafayette, Ind., on Sept. 4, to face Alabama-Birmingham at 5 p.m. in the first of three games in the Purdue University Invitational.

Kentucky (1-0) will attempt to record its second consecutive victory of the season in its match against the Blazers (1-0). The win would be the 500th for the UK volleyball program.

The Wildcats will return to action Saturday, September 5, as they take on Central Florida at 2:30 p.m. and host-team Purdue at 7 p.m.
