The Kentucky men’s basketball team will face Colorado in the first round of the Puerto Rico Shootout on Thanksgiving Day, it was announced this week by the tournament committee. The defending national champions will meet Colorado for the first time on the hardwood at 1:30 p.m. ET on Nov. 26.

The winner will advance to play Xavier or Pittsburgh in the semifinals at 11 a.m. ET on Friday, Nov. 27. The championship game will be played on Saturday, Nov. 28 at 6:30 p.m. ET. Both the semifinals and championship will be broadcast nationally on ESPN2.

In other first-round action, Maryland faces American-Puerto Rico and UCLA takes on San Francisco.
