LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky women’s tennis tandem of Massoumeh Emami and Kelly Brown has been selected to compete in the Rolex/ITA National IndoorTournament, the second leg of the ITA Grand Slam. The tournament, to beheld Feb. 4-7 in Dallas, features top players from around the country andis the most selective of the Grand Slam events.

The UK tandem of Emami and Brown has now been selected to threeconsecutive Grand Slam legs.

“This is a huge accomplishment for these women,” Coach Mark Guilbeau said. “The National Indoor Tournament is such a prestigious event. It’s trulyan honor to be selected.”
