LEXINGTON, Ky. — The 19th-ranked Kentucky men’s soccer team has designated its regular season home finale against No. 7 Charlotte on Friday, Nov. 7 as Fan Appreciation Day.
Multiple promotions are planned to thank members of the Big Blue Nation for their support of the team, as members of the Big Blue Nation have flocked to the Wendell and Vickie Bell Soccer Complex in near record numbers this season.
At the heart of the buildup to Fan Appreciation Day will be a fan poll, in which UK’s supporters will choose what promotional item will be given out at the match. Fans have the option to choose one of four options, each of which was handed out at different home games earlier this season.
Fans can choose via a Twitter poll between rally towels, thunderstix, blue-vuzelas (blue vuvuzelas) and t-shirts.
Fans can make their choice by voting in response to a tweet posted via the team account: @UKMensSoccer.
