LEXINGTON, Ky. – Three University of Kentucky swimmers will look to improve on their season-best times at the NCAA Last Chance Qualifier on Sunday in Columbus, Ohio.

Drew Aviotti, Scott Crosthwaite and Isaac Jones will represent the Wildcats at the men’s last chance event. Aviotti will swim in the 1,650 freestyle, Crosthwaite in the 200 freestyle and Jones in the 500 freestyle.

Aviotti owns a 15:00.35 in the 1,650 freestyle this season, the fastest time in program history. Crosthwaite’s time in the 200 freestyle is a 1:35.89, the fifth-fastest time in the UK record books. Jones posted a 4:18.42 in the 500 freestyle, the fastest time in school history. All three times were set at the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships, and all are the fastest times in each event among UK swimmers in 2014-15.

NCAA Men’s Championships selections will be announced next week, after the Last Chance Qualifier.
