Kentucky Volleyball Opens Spring Schedule vs. UL on Sunday

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky Volleyball team will open its spring schedule on Sunday at 4 p.m. ET against the Louisville Cardinals.
 
The match is free for fans. Doors to Memorial Coliseum will open at 3:30 p.m. ET from the Lexington Avenue side of the building only. There will be no concessions available, so fans are asked to bring their own food and drink to the match. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside Memorial Coliseum.
 
The match vs. Louisville is one of four matches in the 2022 spring slate for UK, with the Wildcats also playing Lipscomb, Purdue and Dayton. Kentucky and Dayton will play Friday, April 22 in Lexington as the other home spring match for the Wildcats this season.
 
Kentucky returns an exciting group of players to the 2022 roster including Southeastern Conference Freshman of the Year, Emma Grome and All-SEC performers Azhani Tealer and Eleanor Beavin. The Wildcats won their fifth-straight SEC title in 2021.
 
Louisville advanced to the 2021 Final Four and is led by head coach Dani Busboom-Kelly.
