- Junior QB Patrick Towles made his 18th consecutive start.
- Towles threw for 300+ yards for the second consecutive game and the fifth time in his career.
- Towles was 27-for-44 for 359 yards, adding 12 rushing yards on seven carries.
- Towles now has 4,463 passing yards in his career, passing Randy Jenkins (1979-83) and Babe Parilli (1949-51) for seventh in UK history.
- Comparing UK’s historical QBs through six games into their junior seasons shows that Towles ranks just behind Jared Lorenzen (2000-03; 7,134) and Tim Couch (1996-98; 6,551) with his 4,460 career passing yards.
- In the second half of 2015, Towles is 62-for-104 for 682 yards, five TDs and two interceptions.
