LEXINGTON, Ky. – The No. 20 Kentucky women’s tennis team will look to keep its three-match win streak alive on Friday, welcoming No. 22 Arizona State and Eastern Kentucky for its final non-conference matches of the season. The Wildcats will face the Sun Devils at noon ET and the Colonels at 6 p.m. inside the Bonne Tennis Center.

UK (6-2) is coming off a perfect weekend road trip, having defeated Columbia and then-undefeated Princeton. The win streak helped the Wildcats get back into this week’s Oracle/ITA Rankings. Junior Justina Mikulskyte also entered the singles rankings this week at No. 117 with two of her last three wins coming over ranked opponents.

Arizona State (5-1) is on a win streak of its own, having won its last four contests. The Devils only loss of the season came at No. 13 Oklahoma State – its only previous road match of the season. ASU boasts two ranked singles players in No. 84 Lauryn John-Baptiste and No. 107 Savannah Slaysman.

Coming off a 4-3 loss to Cincinnati on Saturday, Eastern Kentucky (4-3) will take on Louisville at 10 a.m. before heading to Lexington Friday evening. Senior Laura Argente Escamilla is leading the Colonels this season, having won six straight singles matches.

The Wildcats will open up Southeastern Conference play next weekend, bringing in Alabama on Friday and Auburn on Sunday. Kentucky went 7-6 in SEC action last season to finish fifth in the league.
