The Wooks to Play Pregame Concert Saturday

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Wooks will take the stage for the next Kentucky Football Pregame Concert on Saturday before the Wildcats host Louisville in the annual showdown for the Governor’s Cup.
 
The concert will take place on the stage in the plaza outside Gate 12 of Kroger Field. The Wooks will play immediately following the Cat Walk presented by Chevy, which is set to begin at 9:45 a.m. The game between the Wildcats and Cardinals will kick off at noon.
 
Featuring CJ Cain, Arthur Hancock, Galen Green, Jesse Wells and Roddy Puckett, the Wooks combine the sound of traditional bluegrass and mountain music with rock, singer-songwriter and jam-band music.
 
Saturday’s game is the regular-season finale for the Wildcats and tickets are available at UKFootballTix.com. Requests for tickets to Kentucky’s bowl game are also being accepted now at UKFootballTix.com. Additionally, deposits on 2018 season tickets can be placed now.
