Senior Day Match Flexed to SEC Network, First Serve at 2 p.m.
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The seventh-ranked Kentucky volleyball team is slated to celebrate Senior Day on Nov. 19 inside Memorial Coliseum and now it will be in front of a national audience.
The SEC Network flexed UK’s final regular-season home match and it will air live at 2 p.m. ET as announced by the league office.
The match was originally slated for a 1:30 p.m. first serve, but will move back 30 minutes to accommodate the television window. It will mark UK’s ninth nationally-televised match of the season.
The Wildcats are set to honor seniors Kaz Brown, Ashley Dusek, Emily Franklin, Harper Hempel and Darian Mack prior to the match with the Rebels. The 2017 senior class has amassed 92 career victories and has led UK to its highest ranking (6) under the direction of head coach Craig Skinner this year.
After defeating Alabama on Wednesday, UK will return to action on Sunday as UK remains on the road with a 2:30 p.m. ET tilt with Auburn.
