The schedule of matches of the Southeastern Conference Women’s Tennis Tournament, hosted by the University of Kentucky at the Hilary J. Boone Tennis Center beginning Thursday, April 16, was released today. First-round play begins Thursday as two matches each take place at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sixth-seeded Tennessee and eleventh-seeded Auburn square off at 10 a.m., and #7 South Carolina meets #10 Mississippi State at 10 a.m. Eighth-seeded Kentucky will square off against #9 LSU at 2 p.m., with #5 Arkansas and #12 Alabama also playing at 2 p.m. Friday’s action features two of the nation’s top five teams in No. 2 Florida and No. 4 Georgia. Second-seeded Georgia faces the winner of South Carolina/Mississippi State at 10 a.m., and third-seeded Vanderbilt faces the Tennessee/Auburn winner at 10 a.m. The first-seeded Gators face the Kentucky/LSU winner at 2 p.m., with No. 4 seed Ole Miss playing the winner of Arkansas/Alabama at 2 p.m.

Semifinals take place Saturday, April 18, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., with the championship match at noon on Sunday, April 19.
