LEXINGTON, Ky.-Round-robin play of the Charles Fluitt Collegiate Tennis Classic continued at the Hilary J. Boone Tennis Center on Saturday. Kentucky picked up two doubles wins against Harvard. The UK duo of Carlos Drada and Edo Bawono defeated James Blake and Kunj Majmudar, 9-8 (7-2), at the No. 1 slot. The Cats’ Johan Hesoun and Patrik Johansson picked up a victory at No. 4 doubles, beating the Crimson’s Andrew Styperek and William Lee, 8-2.

In singles action against Illinois, Drada won again, outlasting the Fighting Illini’s Gavin Sontag, 7-6, 3-6, 7-5, at No. 1 singles. UK’s Ariel Gaitan also picked up a win, dominating UI’s Royce Ramey, 6-3, 6-1. Play begins tomorrow at 8 a.m.
