LEXINGTON, Kty. – The Wildcats will travel to Nashville to compete in the 1999 SEC Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Oct. 30. The Cats saw their last action two weeks ago at the Pre-NCAA meet in Bloomington, Ind. Freshman Hunter Spencer was the top UK finisher, placing 50th of 177 competitors.

At last year’s SEC Championships, the men finished seventh with Jeff Limpert leading the Cats, finishing 27th. The women finished 11th. Arkansas won both the men and women’s titles.
