Women's Basketball Volunteers at God's Pantry Food Bank in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. — The University of Kentucky women’s basketball team took some time to give back to the Lexington community Thursday, volunteering at God’s Pantry Food Bank.
The team worked to complete a repack project, taking bulk food items and separating them into smaller bags for families. Later in September, the team will pack backpacks full of food for area children and deliver those to local elementary schools.
