Kentucky will next compete in SEC Swimming & Diving Championships beginning February 16.

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Fourteen members of the UK men’s and women’s swimming and diving teamswere named to the 2000 Southeastern Conference Swimming & Diving AcademicHonor Roll Monday by SEC Commissioner Roy Kramer.
David Kuendig, Brett Palmer, and David Tweedie were named to the Men’sAcademic Honor Roll. Emily Buske, Jen Clifford, Sarah Hoppe, TarynKannegeisser, Carrie Knoeber, Annabel Kosten, Kelley Miller, JenniferPriester, Carolyn Rader, Jaime Siegele, and Tracy Sullivan were named tothe Women’s Academic Honor Roll.
To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must have a 3.0 gradepoint average for the past year or for her career or be a sophomore inacademic classification and have 24 semester hours countable toward a degree.
UK will be competing in the 2000 SEC Swimming & Diving Championshipsbeginning on Wednesday, Feb. 16. The meet at the James E. Martin AquaticCenter on the Auburn University campus runs through Saturday evening.
